POLICIES
In-Store Return Policy:
Items purchased in-store or online via in-store pickup may be eligible for exchange or store credit only within 10 days of purchase. We issue store credit virtually, via email or text message. Customer is responsible for maintaining record, once issued, we have no way to recover if electronic gift card is lost or deleted.
Items must be returned in original condition, tags attached, unworn, unwashed, and free of odor. We reserve the right to refuse returns if the item does not meet the aforementioned conditions.
Items worn by the customer and damaged are not eligible for return or exchange. We are not responsible for wear and tear.
Sale items are FINAL SALE. No exchanges.
Online Return Policy:
- We offer $6 flat rate standard shipping on USA domestic orders (orders over $100 ship FREE).
- Orders are processed within 1-3 business days of receiving your email confirmation.
- We offer free return labels and a refund in the form of a STORE CREDIT on items not worn, in original condition, tags attached, unused, within 7 days of receiving shipment.
- Any items sent back to us that are not in compliance with our return policy will be sent back to the customer at the customer's expense.
- Sale items are final sale.

Lost Packages:
We are not responsible for lost packages. Customer must correspond with the shipping carrier for assistance.
