POLICIES

IN-STORE EXCHANGE POLICY:

Items purchased in-store or online via in-store pickup may be eligible for exchange within 7 days if they are in original condition with e-receipt. Items must be tagged, unworn, unwashed, and free of odor. We offer same day exchanges only. No refunds or store credits will be issued. We reserve the right to refuse items for exchange if they do not meet the aforementioned conditions.

All jewelry, accessories, and sale items are FINAL SALE. No exchanges.

ONLINE EXCHANGE POLICY:

Online orders may be eligible for store credit if shipped back to us within 7 days of receipt. A $5.00 fee will be deducted from your credit to cover shipping cost, and we will provide you a return label via email. Items must be tagged, unworn, unwashed, and free of odor. Please email forevermorebtq@gmail.com for approval.
